Dear Big Ticket Family,

We apologize for the delay in our communication. We realize the lack of it has been extremely frustrating – for all of us. To be honest, we have just been praying and waiting on the Lord for clear direction. As you know, He doesn’t always respond on our timeline.

After an intense year of prayer, battle, and surrender, we have made the decision to officially cancel The Big Ticket Festival. This has been the most difficult time of our lives to make the final decision. The cost of laying it all down to go where He leads is immense, but He is always worthy of our surrender.

Big Ticket Festival has had an incredible run of 19 years, and we are so grateful for this legacy. Hundreds of people gave their hearts to Jesus, and thousands recommitted their lives to Him. We worshipped, danced, sang, prayed, and fellowshipped together. Though we are sad to let it go, we know God is directing this decision. We are profoundly encouraged, excited, and hopeful about pressing in to whatever the Lord wants to do next. We believe He is doing a new thing and it is our privilege to obey His direction, even if it means letting go of something we love. Our desire to see people encounter the love of Jesus has not changed, so we look forward to the next season.

We have been praying and working to be able to refund every ticket holder. Check your email has further information on this situation. As we mentioned, this has been extremely difficult for all of us. We appreciate your grace and patience as we navigate all of this. We plan to start refunding ticket holders and camping reservations sometime in March, beginning with those who requested refunds when we postponed 2024. You will also have the option to donate what you have already paid. (details in your email).

Thank you to all of you for being part of His-story through this festival. We pray you celebrate everything that Big Ticket was and all that God did through it. We are all so thankful for all that God did in the past season, and look forward to what He will do in this next season. We invite you to pray with us as we follow His lead
