This year camping features over 400 water and electric spots and UNLIMITED primitive spots all on-site!
This plush, park-like setting is a great place to camp with your family and friends for three days of music, fun, and worship.
Below are the Rules and Regulations for camping at the Allegan County Fairgrounds. These rules are provided by the fair. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the fair office at (888)673-6501 for out of town and (269) 673-6501 for local:
- Secure a campsite by making a reservation. Full payment must be made prior to entry. Sorry, No Refunds!
- Campsites will be assigned and each campsite purchased must have one tent or camper parked on it.
- No ground fires, please!
- Motorcycles, three wheel RV’s or golf carts are not allowed on the grounds unless they are used by Big Ticket Festival or Allegan County Fair employees/volunteers. Concessionaires may use golf carts.
- Campsites shall NOT be occupied by more than one camping unit during the event. At least one person (over 18) must be present at campsite to supervise minors.
- Water outlets are available in camping areas (except overflow area). Direct connections are FORBIDDEN. Gray water MAY NOT be disposed of on the ground, per Mich. State Laws. All waste must be disposed of properly by pumping. Anyone disposing of waste or water improperly will be evicted immediately from the fairgrounds. Please be prepared some water and electric may require 150 ft. connections
- Each camping unit may use one electrical connection where available. Additional connections are not permitted. For fire safety ABSOLUTELY NO electrical cords are to be run to barns where animals are housed.
- Allegan County Fair reserves the right to relocate any camper at any time we deem necessary and shall have full charge of camping area. They will assign locations, collect fees, and generally supervise.
- Camping fees are as follows for the event June 14-16, 2012:
- $90 per unit for site including water and electric
- $70 per unit for site including electric only.
- $55 per unit for primitive campsite.
- If entering on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 you will be charged $20 per unit for the additional night.
- Campers must have an official trailer pass for the event from the fair office or the festival. This pass must be visible from the roadside where you are parked.
- Pets must be kept quiet, on a leash, on your campsite, and under control at all times. UNLESS THEY ARE A SPECIAL NEEDS PET! Owners are responsible for cleaning and removing all pet waste immediately.
- If you remove your camper or trailer prior to Sunday of the event the fair reserves the right to resell your campsite.
- Parties not meeting the camping requirements shall be removed from the fairgrounds.
CAMPING UNITES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE GROUNDS UNTIL WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13, 2012. Please see rates listed above.
YOU MUST BE PARKED BY OFFICAL FAIR PERSONNEL- IF YOU FAIL TO CONTACT THE FAIR TRAILER PERSONNEL UPON PARKING YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $20.00 FEE.
