<p>Details include:</p>
<p>Cost is $75 per day or $150 for the Weekend (Full VIP pass)</p>
<p>* Does not include actual festival ticket. Must purchase an age appropriate ticket to get into the festival. You must also purchase a regular festival pass in order to redeem the VIP Ticket<br />
*Only 70 seats per night are available.<br />
*VIP section is open from 2pm to 11pm<br />
*Seating is right on main stage.<br />
*Vip tent behind stage includes complementary refreshments and exclusive artist meet and greets each day.<br />
*Vip passes are transferable during the day and/or the days they are good for.  (So if a family of 4 buys 2 vip tickets they can take turns going back and forth).</p>

<p>We will be selecting 24 artists and bands this year to rock out on the Indie Stage!</p>

<div><strong>Big Ticket Indie Band Competition Info:</strong></div>
<div>Coordinator: Jake Fine(616) 206-2139, indie@bigticketfestival.comA press kit must be submitted by the deadline of March 1st.<br />
Press kits should be emailed to www.Indie@bigticketfestival.com or mailed to 829 west main suite g, gaylord mi 49735.<br />
Twenty-four bands will be selected for spots of 8 per day.<br />
Artists will pay $250 registration fee upon arrival at the Indie Stage which includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>1 forty minute performance slot including sound check</li>
<li>1 3-day festival pass for EACH band member</li>
<li>8 festival passes for the day you are playing that you may sell to recoup</li>
<li>registration fee ($280 value)</li>
<li>1 food voucher per band member</li>
<li>Back stage passes for your day of performance</li>
<li>A merchandise table for your day of performance and 100% of merch sold.</li>
<li>1 Indie area parking pass for your day of performance only</li>
</ul>
<p>Performance times will be from 12pm to 6pm with a speaker from 1:00 – 1:30.</p>
</div>
<div>Bands should be on site AT LEAST 1 HOUR PRIOR to assigned performance slot.</div>
<div>Bands will load-in to specified staging areas. (up to 3 bands staged at any given time).</div>
<div>Volunteers will assist moving equipment ON &amp; OFF stage UNLESS band declines.</div>
<div>Each band will get 40 min. slot WHICH INCLUDES a 20 min set-up/sound check<br />
and a 20 min performance time.</div>
<div>Bands MUST work within their ALLOTED time slot. Judges will be notified if band<br />
goes over. We will have a time-keeper with signs showing remaining minutes of play<br />
time.</div>
<div>PLEASE: No in-ears. These require special monitor mixes and equipment.<br />
Dedicated bass rig supplied (bands will not bring bass rig.. Only bass guitar)<br />
Dedicated drum kit supplied: can change out cymbals, snare and pedals ONLY<br />
Bands will supply sound man with plot of all needs: vocal mics, amp mics, db’s etc<br />
Judges will grade on various aspects of each bands performance.<br />
“Popular vote” will be recorded through text voting this year.<br />
There will be one winner in each of the following Genres:</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Worship</li>
<li>Rock/Pop</li>
<li>Hip-hop/Rap/Urban</li>
</ul>
<p>These Winners will be offered <span style="text-decoration: underline;">paid</span> spots on appropriate stages in 2013.</p>
<p>* One overall winner will be selected to represented The Big Ticket Festival in the<br />
Christian Festival Association National Talent Search.</p>
</div>
<div><strong>CFA National Talent Search:</strong>Each individual festival’s event winner will be combined with all of the<br />
event winners. These finalists will be both voted on through a National<br />
fan voting page (developed by Cornerstone Festival) and considered<br />
by the CFA National Talent Search panel.Fan voting will take place between September 15 and October<br />
31. Each festival will individually promote the National Talent Search<br />
finalist voting process from their website, Facebook pages, etc. –<br />
directing fans through the individual festival websites to the National<br />
Talent Search voting form.The 2012 CFA National Talent Search Winner will be selected by<br />
considering both the fan voting results and panel judges’ voting<br />
selection.The ultimate winner of the CFA National Talent Search will be Final<br />
winner to be selected and notified by November 7, 2012.Winner receives:</p>
<p>Full performance slot at each participating 2013 CFA festival (stage<br />
and time slot to be determined by each individual festival).</p>
<p>Inclusion on artist list of each participating 2013 CFA festival.</p>
<p>Featuring of National winner on all participating CFA member festival<br />
websites.</p>
<p>Listing on all participating CFA member festival Facebook pages<br />
promoting winner.</p>
<p>3 songs recorded free in Chicago land. Artist is responsible for travel /<br />
meals / lodging. We’ll take care of tracking / mixing.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This year camping features over 400 water and electric spots and UNLIMITED primitive spots all on-site!</p>
<p>This plush, park-like setting is a great place to camp with your family and friends for three days of music, fun, and worship.</p>
<p>Below are the Rules and Regulations for camping at the Allegan County Fairgrounds. These rules are provided by the fair. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the fair office at (888)673-6501 for out of town and (269) 673-6501 for local:</p>
<ul>
<li> Secure a campsite by making a reservation. Full payment must be made prior to entry. Sorry, <strong>No Refunds!</strong></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Campsites will be assigned and each campsite purchased must have one tent or camper parked on it.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>No ground fires, please!</strong></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Motorcycles, three wheel RV’s or golf carts are not allowed on the grounds unless they are used by Big Ticket Festival or Allegan County Fair employees/volunteers. Concessionaires may use golf carts.</strong></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Campsites shall NOT be occupied by more than one camping unit during the event. At least one person (over 18) must be present at campsite to supervise minors.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Water outlets are available in camping areas (except overflow area). Direct connections are FORBIDDEN. Gray water <strong>MAY NOT</strong> be disposed of on the ground, per Mich. State Laws. All waste must be disposed of properly by pumping. Anyone disposing of waste or water improperly will be evicted immediately from the fairgrounds. <strong>Please be prepared some water and electric may require 150 ft. connections</strong></li>
<li>Each camping unit may use one electrical connection where available. Additional connections are not permitted. For fire safety <strong>ABSOLUTELY NO</strong> electrical cords are to be run to barns where animals are housed.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Allegan County Fair reserves the right to relocate any camper at any time we deem necessary and shall have full charge of camping area. They will assign locations, collect fees, and generally supervise.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Camping fees are as follows for the event June 14-16, 2012:</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li><strong></strong><strong>$90 per unit for site including water and electric</strong></li>
<li><strong></strong><strong>$70 per unit for site including electric only.</strong></li>
<li><strong></strong><strong>$55 per unit for primitive campsite.</strong></li>
<li><strong></strong><strong>If entering on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 you will be charged $20 per unit for the additional night.</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Campers must have an official trailer pass for the event from the fair office or the festival. <strong>This pass must be visible from the roadside where you are parked.</strong></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Pets must be kept quiet, on a leash, on your campsite, and under control at all times. <strong>UNLESS THEY ARE A SPECIAL NEEDS PET!</strong> Owners are responsible for cleaning and removing all pet waste immediately.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>If you remove your camper or trailer prior to Sunday of the event the fair reserves the right to resell your campsite.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Parties not meeting the camping requirements shall be removed from the fairgrounds.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>CAMPING UNITES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE GROUNDS UNTIL WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13, 2012. Please see rates listed above.</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong></strong>The Big Ticket Festival will be moving to Allegan, Michigan, to celebrate its seventh year on June 14, 15, and 16, 2012. The festival will be moving from its 2011 location in Ionia, Michigan, to the new beautiful Allegan County Fairgrounds in Allegan, Michigan.</p>
<p>“We’re very excited about settling into this new venue.” said Drew Spanding, Executive Director for The Big Ticket Festival, “It’s a great atmosphere for families and friends to experience together for a few days.”</p>
<p>The Allegan location sits on the edge of the Kalamazoo River and features two-times more camping for 2012.</p>
<p>“The fairgrounds &#8211; really compliment the experience we aim to provide at our festival.  The grounds are beautiful and everything is very easy to find.  There is also plenty of handicap access to everything, which is something we’ve struggled with in the past.“ said Spanding.</p>
<p>The festival is an event for the whole family, featuring a wide variety of nationally and internationally known bands and speakers. This year’s festival will offer a variety of different themed stages, and plenty of opportunities for Big Fun.</p>
<p>The Big Ticket Festival also features the Spring Hill Camps Kidz Zone designed for younger children, and an Action Sports stage featuring The Stand Strength Team and freestyle motocross.</p>
<p><strong>“We are thrilled to partner with the Big Ticket Festival again this year,” says Dr. Joseph M. Stowell, President of Cornerstone University,  “We want people to know and encounter the Living God, and the Big Ticket Festival does a fantastic job of creating an experience that does just that.”</strong></p>
